Richard has more than three decades of experience growing revenues through a combination of sales, marketing, business development, operations, and delivery skills impacting multiple industry, solution, and technology segments. He provides leadership to global and regional teams responsible for sales, go-to-market performance, strategic alliances, HR, learning, innovation, and community building.
Since starting World Sales Solutions (WSS) he and his team have delivered consulting services and expertise to many SAP business units, strategic partners, and Global 1000 customers representing consumer products, life sciences, utilities, food, wholesale, engineering, manufacturing, high tech, and service industries across many lines of business.

Prior to WSS, Richard’s employment included work with Fortune 500, Global 150, start-up, and middle sized companies including: Alliance Global Services, SAP America, Sun Microsystems, US Interactive, Ajunto, and Day and Zimmermann’s Life Sciences Group. He has helped organizations by increasing revenues, ensuring profitability, and improving operational efficiencies.
Richard divides his time between his office and a variety of civic engagement programs including: member of the Drexel Alumni Board of Governors – Emeritus co-founder of the Community Alumni Network of Drexel University (“CAN DU”); mentor and supporter for the LeBow College of Business at Drexel University; as well as semi-retired 12-year soccer coach.
Richard is an active speaker on revenue, growth, career, and leadership topics including presentations at the Wharton School, Drexel University, Laurence A. Baiada Center for Entrepreneurship, Sales & Marketing Executives International (SMEI) and previously for Dale Carnegie Sales Training as a group trainer. In addition, he played a pivotal role in launching YouthNOISE, a Save the Children global initiative, developed to spark youth action and voice.
Richard holds a five-year co-operative education Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration (Marketing Major) from Drexel University. He resides in Montgomery Township with his wife and two children.
